Blanc de Blancs are historically some of the most prestigious Champagnes and Sparkling Wines. Rich in colour and body, these wines define and embody a luxe, celebratory spirit.

It has an undeniable charm and elegance, with peach, cherry and tropical flavours. A great sipping wine that will be excellent with grilled chicken or veggie kebabs.

The resulting wine has abundant fruit character on the nose with ripe notes of ripe clementine and candied lime. Warmer notes of baked apple and brioche are also prominent. On the palate, flavours of fresh squeezed grapefruit, peach and a touch of biscuit dominate, while gorgeous minerality on the back palate lends a touch of weight to a crisp and structured finish.
