Join Jackson-Triggs Assistant Winemaker, Lauren Shields, for a behind-the-scenes adventure in the art of winemaking and blending. Sip, swirl, and experiment as she guides you through creating your very own custom wine blend. This hands-on, interactive experience offers rare insider access, plenty of personal attention, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

During this session, you'll learn the delicate art of blending different varietals to create your signature White Meritage. From understanding the characteristics of various grape varieties to trying your hand at balancing flavours, Lauren will lead you through every step of the process. Sip premium VQA wines, nibble cheese & charcuterie and leave with a bottle of your personal blend, and a bottle of our Grand Reserve White Meritage.

Wander through the winery sampling our finest from tank, barrel, and bottle, each paired with a crave-worthy bite crafted by Estate Chef Amber Dufton.

Estate Winemaker Chris Holman will be your guide on this roam and taste journey, sharing fun, stories and easy-to-follow insights along the way. It's interactive, educational (in a good way!) and perfect for anyone who loves premium wine, delectable food or just an outstanding night out!
