This exclusive experience offers an exploration of compelling wine topics through thoughtfully structured, expert-led tastings, followed by a relaxed and convivial social hour. Our inaugural summer series will feature three engaging themes, each designed to inspire curiosity and connection.

With limited seating, The Vintage Circle is a rare and intimate experience curated for our Grand Famille. For those who share our passion for wine, these gatherings promise to be truly unforgettable!

Journey #2 - What’s Old is New Again: A Global Journey

Embark on a global masterclass that bridges the elegance of Europe with the bold expression of the New World. From the rolling hills of Tuscany and the storied vineyards of France, with a stop or two among the distinctive terroirs of Germany, Australia, South Africa, and Chile,—this curated six-wine flight is your passport to the world’s most celebrated regions.

Our host for the evening is Eugene Mlynczyk, Master of Wine, one of only nine in Canada.

Journey #3 - From Beamsville to Burgundy

Experience a guided tasting that brings together three exceptional wines from Niagara and three from Burgundy, thoughtfully selected to showcase the nuances of their specific terroir. This immersive journey begins with an insider’s perspective on both regions—their storied villages, defining landscapes, and the spirit that shapes their wines.

Each session includes the guided, structured tasting as well as an additional glass of wine and selected charcuterie during the social hour to follow.

Join Jackson-Triggs winemaker, Chris Holman, for a behind-the-scenes adventure in the art of winemaking and blending. Sip, swirl, and experiment as he guides you through creating your very own custom wine blend. This hands-on, interactive experience offers rare insider access, plenty of personal attention, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

During this session, you'll learn the finer nuances behind blending different varietals to create your signature Red Blend. From understanding the characteristics of various grape varieties, extracting wine from the barrel and to trying your hand at balancing flavours, you'll be led through every step of the process. Enjoy premium VQA wines, nibble cheese & charcuterie and leave with a bottle of your personal blend and a bottle of our Grand Reserve Red Meritage.

Fracette (pronounced frah-set) is an entirely new category of VQA sparkling wine. The name is inspired by frozen grapes and the art of many facets. Join us for the launch and discover Fracette.

Join us at Inniskillin for the launch of Fracette, our newest VQA sparkling wine and an entirely new category of wine. It’s not often something truly new comes along in the world of wine, making this a rare opportunity to experience it firsthand. Made with our internationally recognized Icewine, it’s uniquely Inniskillin.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a Fracette Tasting Guide, leading them through each experience at their own pace, with opportunities to enjoy food and wine pairings throughout the evening.

Along the way, you’ll encounter a range of themed moments, including a relaxed vineyard picnic featuring Cab Franc Icewine snow cones and curated cheese & charcuterie. Additional stations offer brunch-inspired selections like fresh pastries and seasonal accompaniments, alongside elevated small bites and sweet treats designed to complement the wines.

Each stop is designed with its own distinct atmosphere, offering a different way to experience Fracette and discover its versatility through thoughtfully curated stations across the winery.

Conclude your experience with a special “Your Occasion” finale, where you’ll have the opportunity to purchase bottles of Fracette to take home and continue the celebration!
