This exclusive experience offers an exploration of compelling wine topics through thoughtfully structured, expert-led tastings, followed by a relaxed and convivial social hour. Our inaugural summer series will feature three engaging themes, each designed to inspire curiosity and connection.

Journey #2 - Iberia in  Focus: Portugal and Spain Wonder Wines

 Embark on a global masterclass that bridges the elegance of Europe with the bold expression of the New World. From the rolling hills of Tuscany and the storied vineyards of France, with a stop or two among the distinctive terroirs of Germany, Australia, South Africa, and Chile,—this curated six-wine flight is your passport to the world’s most celebrated regions.

Each session includes the guided, structured tasting as well as an additional glass of wine and selected charcuterie during the social hour to follow.

Join Jackson-Triggs winemaker, Chris Holman, for a behind-the-scenes adventure in the art of winemaking and blending. Sip, swirl, and experiment as he guides you through creating your very own custom wine blend. This hands-on, interactive experience offers rare insider access, plenty of personal attention, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

During this session, you'll learn the finer nuances behind blending different varietals to create your signature Red Blend. From understanding the characteristics of various grape varieties, extracting wine from the barrel and to trying your hand at balancing flavours, you'll be led through every step of the process. Enjoy premium VQA wines, nibble cheese & charcuterie and leave with a bottle of your personal blend and a bottle of our Grand Reserve Red Meritage.
