This 2018 Rosalie is the fifth vintage of our well known “Rosalie” Rosé Sparkling Wine. Named in honour of our proprietor’s mother, Rosalie is a stunning example of how a Pinot Noir Rosé sparkling can be both refreshing and decadent.
On the nose, ripe raspberry is complimented by a touch of rhubarb and zesty orange peel. On lees for two and a half years, there is a vibrant acidity on the palate helps express beautiful tart strawberry and white cherry notes. This finish remains crisp and dry with a hint of grapefruit and peach.
