Tasting Notes
This dry style Riesling presents a fresh burst of citrus zest with a touch of fleshy peach on the
nose. On the palate, fresh apple, clementine and hints of grapefruit are complemented by a
bright, structured acidity. The finish is long, bright and cleansing.
Vineyard Notes
The Young Family Organic Vineyard - just down the road from the Estate Vineyard - is
where the Riesling is grown for this particular wine. This is our first 250mL format offering,
which provides convenience, the perfect 8 ounce pour, and fresh, dry-style Organic option.
Production Notes
Our 2019 Organic Riesling is a fully certified, Organic wine. Different farming and wine
making practices, along with younger vines, gives this wine a vibrancy and freshness that
isn't always seen in Niagara.
Food Pairing Notes
This vintage pairs well with white fish, pork, and spicy food. While this wine would pair
beautifully with Thai or Chinese foods, we also enjoy pairing this wine with lemongrass
barbequed pork, fish tacos, braised rabbit with a mustard sauce or red snapper. Cheeses that
pair well with this wine are Monterey Jack, Blue, and Smoked Gouda.
