Deep ruby in colour, this beautiful nectar is overflowing with juicy red fruit notes of cherry, rhubarb and strawberry jam. Subtle hints of honey and licorice complement the fruit and lead to a long, flavourful finish.
Food Pairing Notes
This luscious Icewine is perfect served all on its own, or with rich pâté, fresh shucked oysters, spicy sausage, dark chocolate truffle cake and cheeses like triple cream Brie, Danish Blue or Camembert.

I picked up a bottle after sampling it at the winery in Niagara. It is amazing! Perfect to serve as part of a desert after dinner. Paired well with dark chocolate and strong cheese.

Cab Franc is the pinnacle of icewine. It is of course sweet, but goes way beyond. It is rich and smooth and makes a great after dinner drink.
