WHAT TIME DOES THE CONCERT START?

All of our concerts start at 8:00 pm unless otherwise noted on your ticket. The concert bowl opens at 7:00 pm* at which time you may begin selecting your seats.

*Active Great Estates Niagara Wine Club members may select their seats in the concert bowl beginning at 5:00 pm.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

BE PREPARED to allow plenty of extra travel time as performances are typically Saturdays, and often on long weekends, when traffic is at its worst!

The Concert Bowl opens at 7:00 pm* allowing for plenty of time to make your way into the theatre and be seated. We employ ushers to assist you with seating, if necessary. Those arriving after the show begins may not be seated until there is a suitable ‘break’ in the performance, as determined by the amphitheatre manager.  

*Active Great Estates Niagara Wine Club members may select their seats in the concert bowl beginning at 5:00 pm.

HOW DO I GET TO THE AMPHITHEATRE? WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR? WHERE CAN I EAT? WHAT HOTELS ARE NEARBY?

Our amphitheatre is located just behind Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery. The winery address is 2145 Niagara Stone Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, L0S 1J0. Download our Map

Parking is available at the Winery. For most concerts we will offer golf cart shuttle service to the amphitheatre from parking lot for those with mobility issues.

HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?

The approximate run time of our shows, including intermissions, is 1.5-2 hours. Most concerts include an opening act.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Rain or Stars, the show will go on. Whether it looks like rain (or not), we recommend you bring your umbrella, and light rain gear. Come prepared for any eventuality. As Mark Twain once said, “Water, taken in moderation, cannot hurt anybody”.

We do have provision of a limited number of complimentary rain ponchos. Keep in mind that this is outdoor seating, and the audience section of the theatre is not covered; we encourage you to come prepared with a light jacket and rain gear in the event that the weather turns inclement and/or the temperature drops when the sun sets. We want you to be comfortable!

The safety of our artists, guests and staff is always our top priority.

WHAT ARE GUESTS WEARING TO THE AMPHITHEATRE?

As an outdoor venue, comfort is the key. We encourage casual attire, and in the event of rain, the show will proceed. The audience section is not covered, so come prepared with a light jacket, rain gear and an umbrella in the event that the weather turns inclement and/or the temperature drops when the sun sets.

Wearing proper shoes can help prevent or reduce the risk of a slip, trip and fall incident. Don’t wear shoes with leather or smooth-surfaced soles, or spiked/high heels.

IS THE AMPHITHEATRE WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, there is wheelchair and assisted seating available in our amphitheatre. If you require wheelchair seating - or have any other special seating needs - please call 905-468-6163.

Yes, there is limited wheelchair parking that is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

Due to the fact that we are a licensed establishment, by municipal Health & Safety Standards we are to be the sole provider of food. We offer culinary experiences at the winery; be sure to check the website for updates. Before and during the performance, our concession in the Hospitality Tent will be open.

For the safety of all guests, baggage checks will be conducted at the gate. Any outside food or drink will be confiscated and admittance may be denied without refund.

CAN I GET SOME INFORMATION ON DINNER OPTIONS?

The Cellar Dinner begins at 5:30 pm with a sparkling wine reception followed by a four-course fixed menu in our barrel cellar. Guests may select their concert bowl seats starting at 5:00 pm. Seating is limited; reservations required.* If you are attending the dinner with other guests, please let us know so we can arrange seating accordingly.

IF I BUY WINE IN THE BOUTIQUE CAN I DRINK IT WHILE I WATCH THE PERFORMANCE?

No. Wine by the glass is sold at designated locales in or near the amphitheatre.

Tokens for wine and concession items may be purchased on concert day in the Hospitality Tent. Leftover tokens can be used at other concerts in the season.

SHOULD WE BRING LAWNCHAIRS?

WE PROVIDE CHAIRS. Any chairs or seating solutions brought with you will not be permitted to enter the amphitheatre.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE AMPHITHEATRE?

Generally, we do not set age limits for any of our productions. Parents are reminded, however, that most live, professional theatre, unless advertised as being for children or for the family, is intended as adult entertainment and may not be enjoyed by, or be suitable for, children. Please be aware that if you do bring a young child and the child creates a disturbance, you may be asked to leave the amphitheatre.

DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET? CAN HE SIT ON MY LAP?

Everyone in a live theatre audience, regardless of age, must have a ticket. This is the case even if the child sits in your lap.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN, STUDENTS OR SENIORS?

We feel that our events are of high quality and excellent value. Ticket pricing is determined by the event.

WILL YOU RESERVE SEATS FOR ME BY EMAIL? I WILL PAY WHEN I COLLECT THE TICKETS.

No, our concerts sell out quickly and we are unable to “hold” or “reserve” tickets that are unpaid for. All tickets may be purchased online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Seating is general admission.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY CONFIRMATION LETTER OR TICKETS PDF?

After you purchase your tickets you will receive an email confirmation from Tixr (no-reply@tixr.com). Your order confirmation is not your ticket. Please follow the links in the email to access your tickets, or login to your TIXR account to view your ticket(s)

Please be sure to add no-reply@tixr.com to your safe senders list to avoid having tickets end up in your junk mail.

You must bring a copy of your tickets (digital or print) with you to the Amphitheatre. There is no will call and we will not have your tickets available to pick up at the box office.

I CAN'T USE MY TICKET, CAN I RESELL IT? I BOUGHT TICKETS FROM A THIRD PARTY, ARE THEY VALID?

Purchase from or resale by unauthorized sources may invalidate ticket. Tickets purchased from these sources cannot be guaranteed and if they are counterfeit, the ticketholder will unfortunately be refused admission. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, only the original purchaser may be eligible for a refund.

Tickets must not be resold. Arterra Wines Canada reserves the sole and unfettered right to invalidate any ticket purchased from or resold by any unauthorized source without refund.

Although our concert tickets are non-refundable, occasionally, life happens and tickets are returned to us. If tickets come available, we will release all available tickets on a future date. Please join the Wait List to be informed of the ticket block re-release, should tickets come available.

CAN I SMOKE IN THE AMPHITHEATRE?

The Jackson-Triggs Amphitheatre is a smoke-free venue. The use of cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes (or similar) are prohibited. 

Although the law has changed, our policy has not. We are a cannabis-free facility. Please leave your marijuana at home.

ARE THERE WASHROOMS NEAR THE AMPHITHEATRE?

There are portable washrooms located near the amphitheatre, or you may use the public restrooms in the main building.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OF THE SHOW?

Yes, but out of respect for the performers and other guests, flash photography is NOT allowed.

CAN I ASK THE CAST TO SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO AUNT BETTY?

No, not while there is an audience in the amphitheatre. You may certainly ask the cast, crew and front-of-house staff to stay late and perform privately for you, if you dare!

IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE BETWEEN THE HOTELS IN NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE AND THE WINERY?

Although some other Niagara-on-the-Lake hotels do have shuttle services available to their guests we recommend that you take a taxi and we would be happy to call one for you after the event!

Alternatively, you can arrange a Designated Driver Service such as WE DRIVE Designated Driver prior to the concert.

You may leave your vehicle on our property overnight, but RVs, campers, etc. are NOT permitted to park on our property overnight.

IS THERE AN INTERMISSION?

Most performances have a twenty-minute intermission.

WILL THE PERFORMERS BE SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS?

Some do enjoy signing autographs and if they oblige they will do so in the Great Hall after the performance.

ARE PETS WELCOME AT THE JACKSON-TRIGGS AMPHITHEATRE?

For the enjoyment and comfort of other guests kindly ask you to leave your pets at home when you come to a concert at Jackson-Triggs. Exceptions are made for registered service animals.
