Bacon Wrapped Dates
- 12 Medjool dates
- 6 strips of bacon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
Soak toothpicks or skewers in water for 15-20 minutes. Slice the dates in half, removing the pit. With a small spoon, put a dollop of goat cheese in the empty pit of each half date. Wrap in bacon and skewer to secure. Pan fry or bake at 400°F until bacon is crispy. Serve warm.
