Jackson-Triggs Estate Winemaker, Chris Holman, will guide & educate you on the art of winemaking and blending, allowing you the opportunity to create your own individual wine blend. This hands-on experience offers an unparalleled level of access and personal touch.
During this session, you will learn the delicate art of blending different varietals to create your signature wine blend. From understanding the characteristics of various grape varieties to trying your hand at balancing flavours, Chris will guide you through every step of the process. Sip on Premium VQA wines, snack on cheese & charcuterie and leave with 3 bottles of your personal blend.
