Join us for the official launch of Fracette, Inniskillin's newest VQA sparkling wine. Crafted using our internationally recognized Icewine during secondary fermentation, Fracette is an entirely new category of VQA wine that is uniquely Inniskillin.
Upon arrival, you'll receive your Fracette Tasting Guide, leading you through a series of immersive food and wine experiences at your own pace as you discover the many ways Fracette can be enjoyed. Throughout the winery, explore a collection of themed tasting stations, including a relaxed vineyard picnic featuring Cab Franc Icewine snow cones and curated cheese & charcuterie. Discover brunch-inspired pairings with fresh pastries and seasonal accompaniments, alongside elevated savoury bites and indulgent sweet treats, each thoughtfully matched to showcase Fracette's versatility.
Each stop offers its own unique atmosphere and occasion, highlighting how effortlessly Fracette pairs with life's celebrations—from casual gatherings to milestone moments.

How Do I Get My Tickets?
After going through our checkout, your confirmation will be emailed to you. There is no need to print your tickets - we will have your name on a guest list.
Where Does The Event Take Place?
The event will take place at Inniskillin Niagara Estate Winery, 1499 Line 3 (at the Niagara Parkway), Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0.
What Should I Wear?
We call it Vineyard Chic - business casual with some rustic elegance, perfect for a garden party with friends. This is a rain or shine event. Please come dressed for the weather.
What Is Ticket Cancellation Policy?
If you are not able to attend, please cancel up to 72 hours prior to the event, so that we can accommodate other guests wishing to attend.
