Tasting Notes
On the nose, Maraschino cherries dominate with a hint of blossom. On the palate
this wine opens up with notes of stone fruit, fleshy peach and white grapefruit.
This rosé presents some wonderful weight mid-palate and demonstrates a nice
body, creating more opportunities for food pairings. On the finish, notes of
orange peel are complemented by an acidic backbone.

This Rosé presents some wonderful weight mid-palate creating more
opportunities for food pairings than one would initially consider. Less
traditionally, try pairing this wine with Pork tenderloin or orange duck. This wine
would also pair beautifully with pasta in a rose sauce, or something lighter like a
watermelon basil salad with salted feta for a perfect warm weather pairing.
