Tasting Notes
On the nose, notes of citrus, blood orange and candied peach dominate. A
decadent round mouthfeel, ripe blood orange and grapefruit on the palate are
complemented by a hint of white peach. The palate is rich, warm and balanced
and remarkably smooth with a lingering note of lemon.
Food Pairing Notes
This sweet wine is perfect for desert pairings, try it with fresh apricot crisp, angel
food cake, sweet ricotta, or simply white chocolate. This would also be great with
sharp, aged cheeses such as blue cheese, or Parmigiano Reggiano.
