The fruit for this expressive Rosé, comes from our select Niagara Peninsula vineyards. The fruit was harvested separately, destemmed and immediately pressed and cold fermented at 16 degrees for 10 days. Each block was fermented separately then blended back to create the perfect harmony of the Niagara Terroirs and given a varietal Cabernet Franc rose.
Our Rosé is a blend of 50% Cabernet Franc, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Gewürztraminer. Bursting aromas of seasonal strawberries, watermelon, hibiscus, candied fruit, blood orange, with lingering stone fruit and lemon zest with hints of lilac. On the palate, lingering strawberries, candied fruit, ripe red apples, watermelon, crisp acidity, slight medicinal with mouth watering finish.

Perfectly paired with watermelon and tequila salad, tuna ceviche, fetta and spinach flatbread, Greek pork or baked brie with candied walnuts.
