Ingredients
- 1 oz Cognac
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Strawberry Purée
- 1 dash Rose Water
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ozs Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Entourage Sparkling Rosé
- Fresh Strawberries, to garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add cognac, lemon juice, strawberry purée, rose water and ice. Shake together and strain into a lowball glass with ice. Top with Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Entourage Sparkling Rosé and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
