Cabernet Franc Hot Chocolate
- 2 cups 35% cream
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, halved and seeded
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup Cabernet Franc Icewine
Place a medium pot over medium low heat. Add cream, milk, sugar, scraped vanilla seeds and vanilla pod to the pot and heat until just simmering. Next, whisk in chocolate. Continue to whisk until completely incorporated. Finish by adding Icewine.
