Jackson-Triggs Proprietors' Selection Merlot is light to medium ruby in colour. On the palate are notes of fresh blackberries, mocha and plum on the finish. This dry wine is a certain crowd pleaser.

Perfectly complemented when served with grilled steak, pasta in a rich marinara sauce with pancetta and mushrooms, pepperoni & cheese pizza, grilled chicken with Mediterranean grilled veggies, and chicken quesadillas. Ideal with medium Cheddar, Parmesan, Havarti and Provolone.
