This wine has concentrated aromatic intensity with lovely candied fruit characters of gummy peaches, key lime and alluring florals. The palate mirrors the nose with juicy candied citrus fruit drive and a bright bubbly
mousse to balance out a touch of sweetness.
Food Pairing Notes
This lively, approachable wine is the perfect match to dishes like Thai curry with tiger prawns, traditional eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce, and sponge cake with vanilla bean ice cream & brandied peaches. Excellent with Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciutto, dried fruits and salted, roasted nuts.
