Tasting Notes
This wine has a delicate but enticing floral perfume with apricot stone fruits, lime zest, and pear blossom on the nose. A lush and oily concentrate comes through across the palate with supple fruit, chalky minerality and lovely florals.
Vineyard Notes
After an unusually cold winter, 2025 bud break emerged later than average on May 10th. Cool temperatures persisted through much of May and early June, delaying flowering by almost two weeks. Seasonal conditions began to build in late June and continued for much of July and August, resulting in small berries and loose clusters for most varieties. Harvest began on Sept 8th with Pinot Noir for our sparkling program, and progressed at a rapid pace thanks to consistent warm, dry conditions through September. Temperatures remained steady, leading to outstanding ripeness and concentration sufficient enough to rival the 2020 vintage for big, bold reds.
Production Notes
This Pinot Gris was harvested from our Kew Vineyard on the Beamsville Bench and Neudorf Vineyard from the Lincoln Lakeshore sub-appellation in mid to late September. When the grapes were picked, the juice was allowed to soak on the skins for a few hours prior to pressing and being sent to tank. While the majority of this wine was fermented in stainless steel, a small portion was fermented in older French Oak barriques. Meticulous blending was done prior to bottling on May 20th, 2026 to ensure showcasing the most expressive and textured version of this wine.
Winemaker Notes

Food Pairing Notes
This lively wine is enhanced alongside dishes like lobster linguine with fresh sage and garlic butter, grilled vegetable skewers with honey glazed saganaki and poached pear with vanilla meringue and cinnamon. Perfect with Havarti, Muenster and Comté cheeses.
