Nose of confectionery sugar, raspberry cream tart, cherry blossom, hard candied apple, and lanolin. Supple and textured mousse. Delicate apple blossom florals interwoven with airy whipped cream, steely minerality and flaky raspberry-tart pastry tones
Winemaker Notes
The grapes for this wine were sourced from Le Clos Jordanne Vineyard, Block #5. This Blanc de Noir (100% Pinot Noir) was made with wild yeast, and used sugar as its secondary fermentation agent.
