Join Jackson-Triggs Winemaker, Chris Holman, for a behind-the-scenes adventure in the art of winemaking and blending. Sip, swirl, and experiment as he guides you through creating your very own custom wine blend. This hands-on, interactive experience offers rare insider access, plenty of personal attention, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

During this session, you'll learn the delicate art of blending different varietals to create your signature Red Blend. From understanding the characteristics of various grape varieties, pulling wine straight out of barrel and to trying your hand at balancing flavours, Chris will lead you through every step of the process. Sip premium VQA wines, nibble cheese & charcuterie and leave with a bottle of your personal blend, and a bottle of our Grand Reserve Red Meritage.
