All of our concerts start at 8:00 pm unless otherwise noted on your ticket. The concert bowl will open at 7:00 pm* so you can begin selecting your seats.
If you are attending a Dinner at Jackson-Triggs Winery before the concert, please note that dinner starts promptly at 5:30 pm.

BE PREPARED to allow plenty of extra travel time as performances are typically Saturdays, and often on long weekends, when traffic is at its worst!
The Concert Bowl opens at 7:00 pm* allowing for plenty of time to make your way into the theatre and be seated. We employ ushers to assist you with seating, if necessary. Those arriving after the show begins may not be seated until there is a suitable ‘break’ in the performance, as determined by the amphitheatre manager.

Our amphitheatre is located just behind Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery. The winery address is 2145 Niagara Stone Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, L0S 1S0. Download our Map
Parking is available at the Winery and in the plaza across the street for amphitheatre events. For most concerts we will be running a golf cart shuttle service to the amphitheatre from the front gate of the winery.

The approximate running times of our shows, including intermissions, is 1.5-2 hours. Some concerts include an opening act.
Rain or Stars, the show will go on. Whether it looks like rain (or not), we recommend you bring your umbrella, and light rain gear. Come prepared for any eventuality. As Mark Twain once said, “Water, taken in moderation, cannot hurt anybody”.
We do have provision of a limited number of complimentary rain ponchos. Keep in mind that this is outdoor seating, and the audience section of the theatre is not covered; we encourage you to come prepared with a light jacket and rain gear in the event that the weather turns inclement and/or the temperature drops when the sun sets. We want you to be comfortable!

The Cellar Dinner begins at 5:30 pm with a sparkling wine reception followed by a four-course fixed menu in our barrel cellar. Guests may pre-select their concert bowl seats starting at 5:00 pm. Seating is limited; reservations required.

This year we have broadened our wine and culinary options. Please check our website for additional details! Tokens may be purchased for a limited time in advance for wine and will also be available for purchase in the Hospitality Tent the evening of the concert.
Due to the fact that we are a licensed establishment, by municipal Health & Safety Standards we are to be the sole provider of food. We offer dining experiences at the winery before the show; our Entourage Room & Culinary Partners will be serving until 7:45pm offering wine and light fare for purchase before the performance. Before and during the performance, our concession in the Hospitality Tent will be open.
For the safety of all guests, baggage checks will be conducted at the gate. Any outside food or drink will be confiscated and admittance may be denied without refund.
In addition to the light fare menu offered for purchase prior to every performance by a variety of Culinary Partners, Jackson-Triggs will be offering a few different culinary options in the Entourage Room prior to the performance.

WE PROVIDE CHAIRS. Any chairs or seating solutions brought with you will not be permitted to enter the amphitheatre. There is advanced seating for those who have pre-booked our Jackson-Triggs Cellar Dinner and for our Wine Club members.

Generally, we do not set age limits for any of our productions. Parents are reminded, however, that most live, professional theatre, unless advertised as being for children or for the family, is intended as adult entertainment and may not be enjoyed by, or be suitable for, children. Please be aware that if you do bring a young child and the child creates a disturbance, you may be asked to leave the amphitheatre.
Everyone in a live theatre audience, regardless of age, must have a ticket. This is the case even if the child sits in your lap.
We feel that our events are of high quality and excellent value for money. Ticket pricing is determined by the event.
No, sorry, as our concerts sell out quickly we are unable to “hold” or “reserve” tickets that are unpaid for. Seating is general admission except for those that have booked the Cellar Dinner and for our Wine Club members who have advanced seat selection available the day of the concert. This year, all tickets will be purchased online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
After you purchase your tickets you will receive two emails automatically. The first email contains your order confirmation. This is not your ticket.
Your tickets come in a second email called "EVENT TICKETS". The "EVENT TICKETS" email will contain a PDF attachment of your tickets. Please be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list to avoid having tickets end up in your junk mail.
If you cannot find your tickets in your inbox or junk mail please email email@example.com with your name and confirmation number. Please note that as a security measure we will only re-send tickets to the original purchaser of the tickets.
You must bring a copy of your tickets with you to the Amphitheatre. There is no will call and we will not have your tickets available to pick up at the box office. Showing the PDF version of your ticket on a smart phone at the gate is also accepted.
Purchase from or resale by unauthorized sources may invalidate ticket. Tickets purchased from these sources cannot be guaranteed and if they are counterfeit, the ticketholder will unfortunately be refused admission. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, only the original purchaser may be eligible for a refund.
The Jackson-Triggs Amphitheatre is a smoke-free venue. The use of cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes (or similar) are prohibited.
There are portable washrooms located near the amphitheatre, or you may use the public restrooms in the main building just off the Great Hall.
Yes, but out of respect for the performers and other guests, flash photography is NOT allowed.
No, not while there is an audience in the amphitheatre. You may certainly ask the cast, crew and front-of-house staff to stay late and perform privately for you, if you dare!
Although some Niagara-on-the-Lake hotels do have shuttle services available to their guests; we recommend that you take a taxi and we would be happy to call one for you after the event!
Most performances have a twenty-minute intermission at which point patrons may use the restroom facilities, and enjoy some wine and nibbles.
No, but if you're interested in arriving early and taking a tour before the performance we run tours hourly on the half hour at Jackson-Triggs from 10:30-5:30 daily in the summer.

No, tours are not offered after the show, nor is the tasting bar open. However, you are able to purchase wine in our retail store to take home and we welcome you to return the following day for a tour. During our summer season we offer tours every hour on the half hour from 10:30-5:30. Make a reservation by calling our concierge at 905-468-4637 X 5616.
Some do enjoy signing autographs and if they oblige they will do so in the Great Hall after the performance.
For the enjoyment and comfort of other guests kindly ask you to leave your pets at home when you come to a concert at Jackson-Triggs. Exceptions are made for service animals.
