Gather your Wine Club friends and fellow members and join us for an unforgetable hands-on Canadian culinary journey - you will chop, slice, stir, sip, and SMILE as our chefs take you on a culinary journey reflecting cuisine from across Canada.

Your experience will begin on our Piazza, sipping Inniskillin Sparkling Icewine as the chefs set the stage for your epicurean adventure. Gathering in the Founders’ Hall and demonstration kitchen, you will don chef hats and aprons (yours to keep), setting the mood to interact with our culinary team who will assist you as you create a Canadian inspired feast that will be enjoyed family style.

Divide & conquer! You will be divided into smaller teams to take on a course from your menu. Friendly competition heats up as your team endeavours to prepare the best dish!

While preparations are underway, enjoy a selection of locally cured meats and Canadian cheeses carefully paired with a selection of Inniskillin wines.
