Vineyard Notes
Harvested from our Montague Vineyard in the sub-appellation of Four Mile Creek, Cool fermented in stainless steel cooperage and rested on primary lees for texture. Riesling continues to justify its reputation as a truly noble variety by virtue of its natural combination of extract, acidity and aromatic puissance. This combination of attributes is known to empower Riesling with the inherent ability to balance varying degrees of natural residual sweetness, and to age gracefully in the bottle.
Winemaker Notes
This single vineyard Riesling displays Straw, green hue. Citrus dominated, striking aromas of powdered lemon drops, white grapefruit, and lime, curtained with flint and apricots. Tangy, tart, and youthful with a perfectly balanced acidity that fills your mouth.

Light textured fish, poached and fried white meats, shellfish, sushi, mild Asian cuisine, citrus based sauces.
