Our 2016 Chardonnay Cuvée is produced solely from Chardonnay and was crafted for easy drinking, while still possessing the finesse and elegance of Traditional Method sparkling wine.

Pale straw in colour with an incredibly refined mousse, notes of lime, honey and a touch of biscuit dominate on the nose. From a fantastic vintage, the palate is lively and full of vibrant lemon and ripe tropical fruit characteristics. With five years on lees, the finish is rich, round and incredibly smooth.
