This is a new world expression of an old-world varietal. The wine has all the
complexity and character of an old-world wine but is followed by a cleanliness
and brightness with a fresh fruit character suited to new world palates.

This Pinot Grigio pairs particularly well with smoked fishes, poultry, salads with
vinaigrettes, peppers and garlic. We love pairing this wine with pizza with
anchovies, grilled shrimp and cold seafood. Cheeses that are best served with this
Pinot Grigio include Brie, Asiago, Cheddar and Gruyere.
