The fruit for this elegant Pinot Grigio comes from our select Niagara Peninsula vineyards. The fruit was destemmed and left on skins for 3 hours prior to pressing and cold fermented at 16 degrees for 10 days. Each block was fermented separately then blended to create perfect harmony, reflective of the Niagara terroir and yield a lean, delicate wine.
This wine boasts lifted notes of red apple, white peaches, floral acacia and honeysuckle perfume, Niagara pears and sweet honeydew melon. The palate exhibits a well-balanced acidity with soft pear flesh and red apples and generous length with a floral finish.
