The East -West Cabernet-Shiraz combines wines from our best vineyards in the east and west of Canada. Layers of dark chocolate, black cherry and baking spice aromas and flavours deliver a wine with excellent mouth feel, an extended finish and soft, supple tannins.
Food Pairing Notes
This full-bodied red wine pairs well with game dishes topped in berry sauces like, venison with a blackberry jus, or try a juicy grilled peppercorn steak; rosemary infused leg of lamb; roasted prime rib; hearty cheddar or other aged cheeses.
