A very versatile wine, Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with citrus salad with tangerine, grapefruit and mint, Margherita pizza with green pepper and onion, and chicken piccata. Excellent with feta, Gouda, Muenster and Pepper Jack cheeses.
