Le Clos Jordanne 2011 Village Reserve Chardonnay
“Overall, I found this wine to evolve the right way in term of oak integration, fruit profile and palate balance. Where a year ago, I found maybe a lack of precision and balance between the elements on this wine, I think, it is by now much more fruit driven with a much better oak integration. The liveliness and the power of this wine around a core of varietal fruit is representative of this cool vintage for LCJ wines.” Sebastien Jacquey, Winemaker, Le Clos Jordanne
Drink now, or continue to evolve an additional 1-3 years for increased complexity and harmony.
