Wine Club Billing Schedule
We have a very important announcement regarding the Quarterly Wine Club Billing schedule. Beginning in 2015 we will be processing the Quarterly Wine Club shipments in the following months: April, June, September and December.
The March shipment will be sent in April moving forward.
Many of you are away during March (March Break, snowbirds, work travellers, etc.), and a large number of you have requested to receive your shipments in April rather than March.
Please note that this change affects the Quarterly Clubs only. Obviously, monthly memberships will continue on their normal schedule and Home for the Holidays packages will continue to rotate between March and April, depending on when Easter falls in that particular year.

Important Revisions to Wine Club Member Benefits
As the Wine Club program evolves, we are constantly looking for ways to improve & redefine the benefits for you. Beginning this summer, we enhanced the Jackson-Triggs Amphitheatre program to offer Advanced Seating (from anywhere in the concert bowl) and we have expanded our Mini-Events programming so that you will have seasonal, monthly (October-March), complimentary wine and food pairing opportunities. Additionally, we have also revised our complimentary tasting benefit: we want you to come and visit our wineries, and please taste while you’re here – but moving forward, you will be limited to one Icewine flight per couple per visit.

Jackson-Triggs 2013 Grand Reserve Pinot Noir
The Grand Reserve Pinot Noir bursts with scents of lush cherry supported by earthiness and hints of crushed rock. The palate has crisp acidity, well-integrated tannins and fresh red fruit flavours. The finish is light, and reminiscent of espresso and baking spices. Our Grand Reserve Pinot Noir is a luscious, elegant wine, versatile for food pairing. Jackson-Triggs 2011 Grand Reserve ENTOURAGE Sparkling Brut
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were cool fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, then were carefully blended to form the base wine. This wine was then re-fermented in the bottle with a specially selected yeast and aged “en tirage” (sûr lees) for 2.5 years. This wine displays beautiful aromas of brioche and toast, supported by underlying citrus and mineral notes. The persistent and round mousse provides elegance, and leads to a full mid palate and a crisp, prolonged finish. Sip the excellent 2011 vintage of ENTOURAGE Sparkling Brut all on its own, or try with fresh oysters, sushi, spicy Asian, or popcorn drizzled with Truffle oil. A superbly versatile wine, it can be perfectly paired with just about any dish. $22.95

Jackson-Triggs 2012 Delaine Syrah
White pepper, baking spices and ripe red fruit dominate the nose along with hints of smoke and vanilla. The palate is full and viscous, with concentrated ripe fruit flavours and silky, round tannins. This dark and earthy, rich vintage of Delaine Syrah is perfectly paired with a wide variety of dishes. Try it with sweet & sticky pork back ribs, multi-coloured-pepper steak with caramelized balsamic onions, lamb chops with mint risotto, and Portobello burgers. Cool climate Syrah pairs beautifully with hard, milder cheeses like Pecorino, Parmigianino Reggiano, Romano, Grana Padino, and Provolone. This wine would benefit from some time in the cellar to further integrate its flavours. Consider ageing it at least 6 months before enjoying. $32.95
Inniskillin 2012 Reserve Series Cabernet Franc
On the nose aromatics of raspberry, tobacco and floral notes are evident. On the palate flavours of spice, leather and black cherry complement an extended finish. Try pairing this wine with Prime Rib roast and rosemary potatoes; braised lamb with pasta cooked with red wine; aged cheddar with arugula and pear salad or traditional French Onion soup. Jackson-Triggs 2012 Delaine Gewurztraminer
This wine overflows with floral intensity, sweet spice and zesty notes, all of which combine for a delicate and elegant nose. The palate is fleshy and full, exhibiting a fine sense of balance with hints of stone fruit and citrus that lead to a robust and lasting finish. The lingering, semi-dry finish of the 2012 Gewürztraminer perfectly complements mildly spicy foods such as Asian Fusion, seasoned roast pork, turkey with sage dressing, and wilted spinach and mandarin salad. Also enjoy with Swiss or Romano cheeses, roasted asparagus, quiche Lorraine or all on its own. This is a wine that is best enjoyed young; consume within 1-2 years. $25.95

Inniskillin 2012 Niagara Estate Series Meritage
This wine displays beautiful aromatics of tobacco and toasty vanilla, complemented by flavours of black cherry, plum and hints of chocolate. Firm tannins round out this medium to full bodied red blend. Try this wine with braised short ribs or beef stew; grilled rib eye steak with roasted garlic butter; tomato clove chutney with aged cheddar; your favourite juicy burger, or Portobello burger with caramelized onions. Enjoy this wine through until 2017. Consider decanting it if you are drinking it within the next 2 years. $19.95
Inniskillin 2012 Vidal Icewine 200ml
Harvested at the pinnacle of Canada’s crisp winter, the grapes are left on the vine and harvested when the temperature drops to - 10°C. Only a small amount of juice is pressed out of each grape. Intense aromatics of mango, apricot and honey beautifully integrated with flavours of peach and candied brown sugar. This wine is all held together by crisp bold acidity. Blue veined cheese with dried fruit or fresh peaches or pears or peach pie are traditional pairings. For something different, try making appetizers of roasted chicken with grilled peaches or fresh papaya and lime salsa with grilled white fish. Drink now or cellar 5-10 years. $29.95

Inniskillin 2012 Discovery Series Legacy Shiraz Merlot – NEW RELEASE
The Legacy Series began as the best varietal of the vintage. In 2012 as in 2010, the quality was too good to select just one grape, so the 2012 Legacy Series Shiraz Merlot was born! This full bodied wine has a complex nose of white pepper, currant and well integrated toasty vanilla notes. On the palate this wine shows flavours of black cherry, spice, plum and dried herbs; firm tannins and a long extended finish round out this amazing wine. This wine is a wonderful pairing for roasted prime rib, smoked venison loin, porcini rubbed rib eye; black truffle risotto, blue veined cheeses and high quality dark chocolate. Inniskillin 2012 Reserve Series Pinot Noir
Leather, spice and floral aromatics dominate the elegant bouquet of this classic varietal. On the palate ripe black cherries, plums and bittersweet chocolate complement the smooth lingering finish. This wine would be a great match for celery root soup with grilled pear; roasted mushroom salad with frisée and aged cheddar; beet chèvre salad; seared duck breast with Pinot Noir risotto; roasted root vegetables with shallots and tarragon; cedar planked or olive oil poached salmon or trout. Jackson-Triggs 2012 Grand Reserve Red Meritage
The nose is dominated by earthy notes, and complemented by smoky, toasty, and ripe red fruit characters. It exhibits great balance with good structure and a long, mocha finish. The rich, robust blackberry flavours of our Grand Reserve Red Meritage, are the ideal match for fowl, beef and game dishes. Inniskillin 2012 Reserve Series Pinot Gris
This 2012 Reserve Pinot Gris has aromatics of peach, citrus and honey. The round, balanced palate provides flavours of tropical fruit, citrus and vanilla. This Vidal Icewine shows great aromatic intensity exhibiting notes of tropical fruit, honeysuckle, and caramel. Fresh on the palate from a great acidic backbone, with crisp citrus fruit, floral notes, and a lingering candied finish. This Icewine is lively and fresh, bursting with aromatics, and pairs beautifully with savory and sweeter dishes equally.
