Talon Ridge Pinot Noir is quite intense, pleasant and rich. It shows flavours of dark berries, dried fruits, black pepper and mint and finishes smooth and fresh, with soft tannins and a medium-long persistence of wild berries and underbrush.
I was very excited to finally taste this wine. Great initial aroma, very nice colour, and delicious taste. My only complaint is the finish of this wine is very short lived.
