INNISKILLIN CLASSIC TOUR - $9 per person

Length of Experience 45-60 minutes

This informative tour touches on the story of our Founders’ History and their contribution to the Canadian Wine industry as well as natures gift of Icewine. Our tour content is seasonal and follows the cycle of winemaking from the vineyards through to the winemaking process. Following the tour, guests will enjoy a structured wine tasting of two Inniskillin premium VQA table wines and one of our renowned Icewines.

RIEDEL STEMWARE EXPERIENCE - $20 per person (maximum of 30 people)

Length of Experience 60-90 minutes

Discover the difference a glass can make, and learn the story behind the collaboration between Riedel, producers of glassware for the last 250 years, and Inniskillin Co- Founders’ to produce the Vinum Extreme Icewine glass. Guests will be guided through a structured tasting of four Inniskillin limited release wines served in specially designated Riedel crystal stemware. This experience offers a truly interactive study that showcases how stemware shape and design can enhance the distinctive characteristics of wine varietals.

EXTREME CANADIAN WINE EXPERIENCE - INNISKILLIN ICEWINE EXPERIENCE - $27 per person (maximum of 30 people)

Indulge your curiosity and your palate with a truly unique Icewine experience at Inniskillin Wines. Located in the heart of Wine Country in beautiful Niagara-on-the Lake, Inniskillin is world-renowned for its award-winning Icewines. Begin your visit in the Icewine vineyard with a glass of Sparkling Vidal Icewine. Here in the vineyard, the winter harvest starts the magical process of Icewine. Learn how the grapes are left on the netted vine well into the winter months to concentrate and intensify the flavour; and then only harvested when the temperature drops below minus eight degrees Celsius for a sustained period of time. The finished Icewine is rich and sumptuous, yet balanced with refreshing acidity. Next, travel to the Underground Cellar where our collection of historic Icewines starting from 1984 are aging. Your Icewine discovery continues with a private structured tasting in either our Riedel Room or the Underground Cellar.  Start with Riesling Icewine discovering the difference a glass can make with a comparative tasting using our Riedel Vinum Extreme Icewine Glass. The tasting continues with Oak Aged Vidal Icewine and our red Cabernet Franc Icewine. After comparing these styles of Icewines, finish with a duet of unlikely food pairings featuring aged parmesan cheese and dark chocolate. 

INNISKILLIN CLASSIC TOUR with RUSTIC LUNCHEON - $45 per person

Length of Experience 90-120 minutes

Experience our Inniskillin Classic Tour that touches on the story of our Founders’ History and their contribution to the Canadian Wine industry as well as nature's gift of Icewine. Our tour content is seasonal and follows the cycle of winemaking from the vineyards through to the winemaking process. Following your tour, you will be invited back to a picturesque location at the estate for a structured tasting featuring three Inniskillin VQA wines. Take in sights as you enjoy a rustic lunch paired with a glass of our limited release wines.

You will chop, slice, stir, sip, and SMILE as our chefs take you on a culinary journey reflecting cuisine from across Canada. Your experience will begin on our Piazza, sipping Inniskillin Sparkling Icewine as the chefs set the stage for your epicurean adventure.

Gathering in the Founders’ Hall and demonstration kitchen, you will don chef hats and aprons, setting the mood to interact with our culinary team who will assist you as you create a Canadian inspired feast that will be enjoyed family style.

Divide & conquer! You will be divided into smaller teams to take on a course from your menu. Friendly competition heats up as your team endeavours to prepare the best dish! While preparations are underway, enjoy a selection of locally cured meats and Canadian cheeses carefully paired with a selection of Inniskillin wines.

Begin your visit with a Sparkling Icewine Reception surrounded by the vineyards on our Brae Burn Estate. Enjoy an informative tour that touches on the story of our Founders’ and their instrumental contribution to the Canadian wine industry. Share in the inspiration of the terroir and how it influences our wines, and gain new insight into nature's gift of Icewine. Gather in one of our unique winery settings, whether on the scenic Piazza or in the underground cellar, for hors d'oeuvres paired with one of our fine VQA wines.

From here you will be seated in the Founders’ Hall, formerly our barrel ageing room, where guests will enjoy a wine inspired culinary experience. While in the Founders’ Hall, delight in the activity of our chefs in the Demonstration Kitchen, and revel in the spectacular view of our Piazza and Icewine vineyards.

Conclude your event with a post dining Icewine reception in our Brae Burn Barn Boutique, and experience our internationally recognized Icewines together with Parmesan cheese and chocolate. I.C2.E. will prove to be an authentic experience that showcases the finest in wine, regional cuisine, culinary interaction, and a wonderful sense of wine country.

Join us on The Piazza, Inniskillin’s gathering place, for a welcome reception featuring Sparkling Icewine. We share a glimpse into Inniskillin’s rich history and excellence on the Canadian wine frontier, prior to inviting our guests to enjoy wine and culinary stations throughout the estate.

Surrounded by vineyards, guests will engage in an interactive evening of wine and culinary stations, seasonally inspired by the bounty of the Niagara Region. Whether enjoying a summer grill station on The Piazza or interacting with a chef in The Demonstration Kitchen, your guests will discover unique pairings with our internationally recognized table wines and Icewines. With a variety of stations to visit, every guest is sure to enjoy their very own Inniskillin experience.
